I began my career in health and fitness in 1997 and since that time I have built up a wealth of expertise and experience as a health and fitness professional. Having the benefit of being trained by some amazing professionals and pioneers in their own fields combined with my own ideas allows me to optimise on my clients requirements to reach their own goals and even surpass them.
Keeping a healthy mind is extremely important to me so with my thirst for knowledge I maintain this by constantly learning via courses, seminars and reading to find the fastest and most effective practically proven methods to enhance my training. I believe applied knowledge is key to personal training so my clients feel the benefits of what I have learnt to great effect.
Being extremely diverse in my training approach allows me to deal with your requirements whether wanting to lose body fat, increase muscle mass or recovering from injury I can devise a plan of action to suit your individual goals.
As person I enjoy life to the full. I lead an active way of life and put my heart and soul into all that I do to achieve the results I want.
Having played rugby, competed in athletics and enjoyed canoeing I have moved onto in more recent times to leisure activities such as mountain biking including going extreme down hilling in the Alps which is fantastic!!
I use the gym to keep me balanced and swim to help me relax and maintain my physical and mental well being!!
Making a positive impression and being an inspiration to others is way of life for me, one that gives me great spiritual satisfaction.
So seeing my clients reach their personal goals, in better health, grow in confidence and being able to do things they wish to do is why choose and still am passionate about my career path as a health and fitness professional.

Achieving the ultimate result through strength and conditioning training is a passion of Chris’s at New Mission.
Chris has been involved within sport as a young child, thus encouraging him to through his knowledge via studying a Sport and Exercise Science degree, this put him in a good position to make the decision to become a qualified personal training this in turn furthering him to continue to study even today.
Chris is supremely confident in his ability to construct and deliver a session that will allow you to achieve your desired goal.
