I began my career in health and fitness in 1997 and since that time I have built up a wealth of expertise and experience as a health and fitness professional. Having the benefit of being trained by some amazing professionals and pioneers in their own fields combined with my own ideas allows me to optimise on my clients requirements to reach their own goals and even surpass them.

Keeping a healthy mind is extremely important to me so with my thirst for knowledge I maintain this by constantly learning to find the fastest and most effective practically proven methods to enhance my training. I believe applied knowledge is key to personal training so my clients feel the benefits of what I have learnt to great effect.

Being extremely diverse in my training approach allows me to deal with your requirements whether wanting to lose body fat, increase muscle mass or recovering from injury I can devise a plan of action to suit your individual goals.

As person I enjoy life to the full. I lead an active way of life and put my heart and soul into all that I do to achieve the results I want.

Seeing my clients achieve their personal goals, is why I choose and still am passionate about my career path as a health and fitness professional.

Louise Condon

Louise believes that everyone should look and feel their best from the inside out. Working with her clients on both their fitness and nutrition Louise gets amazing results by teaching her clients how to adopt a way of life that not only transforms their bodies but also gives them energy, restful sleep and a feeling of wellbeing. She believes that health and fitness shouldn’t be a fad, or have an expiry date, but something that people can embrace in to their lives in order to enhance their lives.

Louise started her career in health and fitness in 2003 by qualifying as a Group Exercise Instructor. She took her energy and enthusiasm in to creating fun but challenging classes. Then in 2013, following her love of both exercise and nutrition, Louise qualified as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor and has helped people transform their bodies ever since.
